About Us The Energy Drink Museum came about inadvertantly. A group of software developers, found that their penchant for sampling the myriad energy drinks on the market was effecting a trivial but amusing display of variety. The collection began to capture the brief attention of passers-by, inspiring other co-workers to contribute their own acquisitions. Once they realized what they had on their hands, they started keeping track of each contribution, noting the can's origin, attribution, and story in a database. It was only logical that the database be extended to a website. The team, casual archivists all, set goals for themselves and met them. The rising number of acquisitions even bred a spirit of competition—who would return from the weekend with the most new cans? So the result lay before you: the world's largest collection of energy drinks! (Unless you know someone with more...?) |
